The Van Houten’s Honey Shack Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at The Van Houten’s Honey Shack.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
 
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Returns Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
  1. Contact us at vh.simplyhoney@gmail.com to inform us of your intent to return.
  2. Mail or ship your return package to: 3194 E 1050 N DeMotte IN 46310
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
 
3. Refunds (If Applicable)
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
 
4. Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at vh.simplyhoney@gmail.com
 
5. Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at vh.simpleyhoney@gmail.com and send your item to: 3194 E 1050 N DeMotte IN 46310
